What is refund policy at Magic Studio?
We currently do not offer refunds, except where and when required by law.
You can use almost all of our tools, for free, for as long as you like, with no usage limits (with reasonable resolution limits on the output) to understand how they might be useful for you, before you decide to upgrade.
While we would like to offer refunds more liberally, our paid plans come with unlimited usage (or generous usage limits) and hence it is not possible to offer refunds without a significant chance for abuse. Rather than fight the abuse, we would like to focus on building a better product for you.
We do still evaluate refunds for exceptional cases, so do let us know if you have case with an email to help@magicstudio.com.
