Can I switch between the Monthly and Annual Subscription?

You can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription. We currently do not have a way for users to do this by themselves. But we can do this for you, if you write to us at help@magicstudio.com. Please note that the process involves charging your card on file. We will start the annual subscription at the time of the switch, and will adjust for a pro-rated amount from the unused part of the monthly subscription.

We currently do not allow a switch from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription.
