How can I delete my account and data from Magic Studio?
If you would like to delete your data, please reach out to us at help@magicstudio.com with your request.
Once we delete your data, you will immediately loose access to all the images as well as your account. You may be able to create a fresh account with the email system.
While we try to purge all your data, and all identifying information is removed immediately, in some cases image data may persist in parts of our system for up to 90 days. This data is not however accessible to anybody, identifiable as yours or otherwise used for any purpose whatsoever.
Please note that we may be obliged to retain certain data, as and when required by the law over and above our data handling policies.
